Open Dutch Championships Hobie Cat 2010

In the weekend of August 14 and 15 the Noordwijk coast sailing club ZVN will host the 2010 Open Dutch Championships for the Hobie Class. On this page we will regularly update you on all relevant information regarding this high class event.

Mid July the Notice of Race ONK Hobie is posted for approval by the Dutch national authority Watersportverbond. The program will look like this:
fr 13 aug. 18.00 to 21.00 hr: transportation and registration
sa 14 aug. 8.00 to 10.30 hr: transportation and registration
sa 14 aug. 11.00 hr: opening and briefing
sa 14 aug. 12.00 hr: first start of 3 races
On the beach will take care of animation program, live reports of the race and music. At 18.00 hr a captains dinner will be served for all sailors (extra dinner cheques à EUR 12,50 till 11.30 hr available). In the evening there is music in the party tent.

su 15 aug. 10.30 hr: first start of 3 races
su 15 aug. a.s.a.p. price giving, transportation of boats after 18.00 hr
Also on Sunday we will try to make it worth your while on the beach.

The entry form ONK Hobie is available online. Entry fee is EUR 40,- (single handed) c.q. EUR 55,- (double handed). Membership of the Hobie Cat Klasse Associatie Nederland or a national IHCA approved Hobie class organization is mandatory.

Participating classes for this ODC are: Hobie 16, Hobie 16 spi, Hobie Wild Cat, Hobie Tiger, Hobie FX One and Hobie Dragoon.
